The unit distributes power from a main electrical supply to electrical resistance heating elements. It has the correct rated voltage of 30V and 60V. Other elements are the temperature control and measurement cabinet, product cables, heating pads and consumables and spare parts. All these elements make the transfer of heat with an electrical resistance heater possible.

Which heat treatments can proceed with the electrical resistance heater?

Post Weld Heat Treatment is the best choice if the material has to get his strength back. It will reduce residual stresses by heating the material to a specific temperature and then gradually cooling it.

Heat treatment is also commonly applied after welding to reduce material stresses. It depends on the project which treatment is appropriate.
